RETURNS POLICY
Equipment may be returned to Square One within 14 days of purchase, provided the equipment is in “brand new” condition and includes all packaging material (also in “brand new” condition). A dated sales receipt is required to process most returns. A restocking fee may be applied on returned items. You must contact Square One directly before returning any equipment. CUSTOM ORDERED EQUIPMENT CONNOT BE RETURNED.
Square One’s quality guarantee covers any defects in materials or workmanship occurring with normal use of any product. At times, equipment must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement – any charges for such repair or replacement are paid by the customer.
If you have a problem with any equipment after 60 days, we suggest you contact the manufacturer directly with any warranty questions to avoid double shipping charges.
If upon receipt and inspection of your order you find any discrepancy, i.e. missing or broken items, it is extremely important that you contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. If a carrier attempts to deliver an order in a damaged package, please refuse to accept delivery and contact Square One.
